Refund Policy
Overview
Stackform is a service-based consultancy that delivers operational audits, system implementations, and ongoing support. Because our services are tailored, strategic, and often begin immediately upon engagement, our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both parties.
By purchasing or subscribing to any Stackform service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Payments for one-time audits or strategy projects are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you choose to cancel before any work has begun, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.
Monthly Retainers (e.g., Implementation or Fractional COO):

Retainer clients may cancel their subscription with a minimum of 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle once work has started.

If a significant portion of contracted work remains unfulfilled and cancellation is agreed upon by both parties, a pro-rated refund may be considered.
On-Demand Services (e.g., AI Consultant Hour):
Refunds are not provided for completed on-demand sessions. For prepaid sessions, cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Disputes and Exceptions
We are committed to delivering high-quality, outcome-driven services. If you believe your experience has not met expectations, please contact us directly at stephen@stackform.ie within 7 days of service delivery. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include partial refunds, additional support, or a revised service plan.
This policy is designed to ensure fairness and accountability for both Stackform and its clients. Refund decisions are final and at the discretion of Stackform leadership.
