While we strive to keep all content, recommendations, and services accurate and up to date, we make no warranties of any kind—express or implied—about the completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of our services or website content for any purpose.

 

All services are provided “as-is” and “as available.” Stackform is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services or reliance on the information provided. Clients are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of any information or systems built in consultation with Stackform.

Terms & Conditions

By engaging with Stackform services, you agree to the following terms:

 

  1. Scope of Work:

    All services provided will be agreed upon in writing prior to project start. This includes audits, implementations, and consulting retainers.

  2. Payment Terms:

    Invoices are issued in advance for audits and monthly retainers. Payment is due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Delays in payment may result in a pause in service delivery.

  3. Cancellations & Refunds:

    • One-time audit fees are non-refundable after work has commenced.

    • Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 21 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

    • Refunds are only issued for unused prepaid services at our discretion.

  4. Client Responsibilities:

    Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary tools, team members, and information. Delays in communication or access may affect timelines.

  5. Intellectual Property:

    All systems, documentation, and automation delivered to the client remain the property of the client upon payment. Stackform retains the right to reference anonymised work for marketing or case study purposes unless otherwise agreed.

  6. Limitation of Liability:

    Stackform is not responsible for indirect losses, data breaches, or system failures caused by third-party tools, platforms, or client misuse.
